- Inventory & Fulfillment
We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, occasional discrepancies may occur.
- Back-orders: If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will fulfill the available products and contact you.
- Options: You may choose to wait for the back-ordered item to restock or request a refund for the unavailable portion of your order.
- Communication: If we do not receive a response within 24 hours regarding out-of-stock items, we will ship the available items and issue a refund via store credit for the missing products.
- Shipping Costs & Delivery
- Calculations: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- Final Pricing: The price displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost to the customer.
- Delivery Address: Goods are delivered to the address specified in your account. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package on the scheduled delivery day.
- International Shipping & Customs
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order is dispatched.
- Taxes & Duties: International orders may be subject to Import VAT and Customs Taxes as determined by your country’s policies. These fees are not included in the order total and are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
- Customs Delays: We offer assistance if a package is held by customs. Upon confirmation that the package is being returned to us in its original condition, you may choose between free reshipping or a full refund.
- Temperature-Sensitive Products (Toxins & Saxenda)
To maintain product integrity, we use specialized packaging for sensitive items:
- Insulation: Products are shipped in insulated styrofoam boxes with ice packs.
- Temperature Stability: Our insulation is designed to keep products below 8°C for up to 4 weeks, even if ice packs have melted.
- Summer Shipping: During extreme heat, products may experience minor temperature variations. This can result in a negligible efficiency loss (up to 10%).
- Policy: We do not accept returns or refunds due to melted ice packs or minor temperature variations if the insulation remains intact.
- Claims & Quality Assurance
Important: To validate any claim regarding missing, wrong, or damaged items, a video of the unboxing process is strictly required.
- Reporting Window: Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be submitted via email within 30 days of delivery.
- Missing Items: Verified claims will be resolved through re-delivery or refund, provided video proof is supplied.
- Damaged Packaging: We do not offer refunds for damaged external boxes or saline if the primary product remains unaffected.
- Investigations: Claims regarding undelivered parcels may take up to 14 days to investigate with the carrier.
- Returns & Refunds
- Buyer’s Remorse: Refunds are only available for products that are unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Expiration Dates: Refunds are not granted for expiration dates if the product has a reasonable usage window remaining upon delivery.
- Recipient Absence: No refunds will be issued for failed delivery attempts due to the recipient being unavailable. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to coordinate with the carrier.
- Product Performance: Claims regarding the “outcome” or performance of a product require full video documentation of both the unboxing and the usage/application of the product.
- Terms During Sale Periods
During promotional sales, the following rules apply:
- No Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once payment is confirmed.
- Modifications: Items can only be added or removed if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
- Shipping Info: Address updates are not permitted during sale periods.
- Expirations: Products shipped during sales are guaranteed to have at least a 3-month expiration window.
- Insurance & Lost Parcels
All parcels are insured up to the value stated by the courier.
- Damaged in Transit: We will process a replacement or refund once the courier concludes their damage investigation.
- Lost in Transit: If a courier investigation confirms a parcel is lost, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
